I thought we were meant to be, I thought that we were perfect. You told me you loved me, You told me I was the one. You lied. You told me you two were just friends, You told me she meant nothing. I said I had moved on, I said I didn't want you anymore. I lied.

Silver blade shine so bright, Against my skin in the moonlight. Tears that slowly fall from my eyes, Blood red dies the skies. Crimson leaves crunched under Anastassia's feet as she walked down the desolate street. The trees lining the road glowed with an orange hue from the setting of the sun. It was getting dark, quickly. She had to hurry before night could take over.
